Absolutely! You can build your customized package here, and I'll get back to you within 24 hours with a customized quote.
Is the scope of work on your packages already fixed?
I designed these high-ROI packages based on the content demand of most B2B SaaS, AECO, conTech and propTech startups. But you can switch and suggest which content types work best for your business needs, as long as they meet the word count limit of the packages.
What is included in your content marketing process?
Research, outlining, drafting, editorial or technical content writing, basic SEO, editing, proofreading, and one free revision per content item. Add-ons include inbound marketing, content strategy, image sourcing, CMS formatting, branding, graphic design, video marketing and interviews.
What do you need from your clients to get started?
Pick a package that works for you, then share your monthly content schedule and content brief including title, keywords, brand guidelines or any other references you want me to take note of. If you need help creating a content brief, I can send you a sample or you can purchase content strategy as an add-on.
What type of content can I request?
I've got you covered with any content request you have. Whether gated or non-gated, technical or editorial, short-form or long-form content works best for you based on your content strategy, I can help you convert and get more bang for your buck. Get in touch and let's talk!
Do you also source images?
Yes, as an add-on service. I can help you find free stock photos if you have no available resources yet, or if you need licensed images, we can simply stack this onto your pricing package depending on the volume of images that you need.
How is the content delivered?
Email to your personal client portal and collaboration via Google Docs are my usual modes of delivery. I can also format it directly on your CMS (HubSpot, Webflow, WordPress) as an add-on service. If you use a project management software or have other options, let me know!
When can you start?
I'm ready to start once you are. If you purchase the packages, we'll discuss the schedule of deliverables on a monthly basis based on your content calendar needs. Regular fee works for one-off content pieces with one-week turnaround time, but if you need them sooner than later, I can deliver in 1-3 days with an expedited fee.
What are your payment options?
I am available on Wise, with a payment structure of 50% deposit invoice to start the work, and 50% final invoice on a pay-as-you-go milestone basis (exclusive of transaction fees).
Is there a minimum contract fee?
Yes, you can purchase the content packages on a monthly basis for a minimum of 3-6 months. I also offer retainers for clients interested in long-term collaboration to reserve my availability for them.
